Each Woodito resident is unique. Because we hand-refine every piece to order in our Johannesburg studio, your new companion requires a 14-day preparation window before they begin their journey to you. This time allows us to ensure the wood grain is perfectly smooth and the organic beeswax finish has properly cured.

National Delivery (South Africa)

• Johannesburg & Pretoria: Once refined, your resident usually arrives within 2–3 business days via our local courier partners.

• Rest of South Africa: Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery to major hubs (Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha) and up to 7 days for outlying areas.

• Tracking: You will receive a "Sunbeam" in your inbox (a tracking link) the moment your resident leaves our studio.
