At Woodito, we celebrate the "First Growth." Because we use natural hardwoods:

• Unique Grains: No two residents are identical. Natural knots, swirls, and color variations are not flaws; they are the "birthmarks" of the forest and a sign of authentic timber.

• Organic Finish: Our beeswax and botanical oil blend is non-toxic and child-safe. Over time, the wood may develop a beautiful patina.​

• Damages: If your resident arrives injured due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at [Insert Email] so we can arrange a replacement.

• Change of Heart: Due to the hand-finished, limited-edition nature of the First Growth Collection (1 of 50), we can only accept returns on unused items in their original Hideaway sanctuary packaging within 7 days of delivery.

• Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the adopter.
